Performance pay program

Employees at IOGC are eligible to receive merit pay. Employee Performance Appraisals are conducted and the overall performance rating determines the merit pay increase for which the employee is eligible.

Professional Association Memberships

IOGC provides a membership fee reimbursement where the membership is a requirement for the position.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

IOGC pays the tuition of an employee's developmental courses (those courses normally taken outside working hours) where the courses have been completed successfully and are identified on the employee's approved learning plan.

Operational courses, normally taken during working hours, are automatically paid for by IOGC. These must also be identified on the employee's learning plan.
